If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, low self-worth, relationship struggles, or just the emotional exhaustion of trying to hold it all together, you’re not alone. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning on the outside but quietly struggling on the inside.
I’m an EMDR-trained therapist who supports individuals in processing difficult life experiences, whether it’s childhood trauma, relationship wounds, or moments that felt small but left a lasting impact. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps your mind and body heal, allowing you to move forward without reliving the past.
I also help clients move through anxiety, OCD, depression, burnout, and significant life transitions with greater clarity and self-compassion. If you’re navigating challenges in your dating life or partnership, I offer a calm, non-judgmental space to help you feel more secure and empowered in your relationships.
For couples, I provide a warm and structured environment where you can rebuild trust, communicate more effectively, and reconnect with each other in meaningful ways.
Together, we’ll move at your pace in a space where you feel safe, supported, and in control. My approach is gentle, grounded, and always centered on helping you feel more like you again.
If something in you is ready to start healing, I invite you to book a free 15-minute phone consultation. I’d be honored to walk with you.

Supporting Ages: Children (5 and up), Teens, Adults, Neurodivergent
I have spent over 15 years as an educator, supporting children and their families through school-related struggles, including behavioural and social challenges, self-esteem issues, and creating routines that support diagnoses. I’ve worked closely with parents to advocate for resources, navigate Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and develop learning strategies that meet each child’s unique needs.
As a therapist, I have had the privilege of working with people across all stages of life, from young children as young as five to adolescents, adults, and older adults. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, helping them embrace their strengths and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. My educational background includes an Honours Degree in Childhood Studies, a master’s degree in counselling psychology, and two Diploma’s in Early Childhood Education, all of which give me a deep understanding of developmental milestones and the many ways we grow and change throughout life.
I believe in meeting people where they are, without judgment, and walking alongside them in their healing journey. My work is rooted in compassion, respect, and a deep belief in each person’s ability to grow. Having lived through my own experiences of loss, trauma, and perseverance, I understand how difficult change can feel, but I also know that healing is possible.

For most of us, our challenges start as a response to significant change, loss, trauma, tragedy, or reversal that leads to disconnection. Losses, defeats, humiliations, or life transitions leave us trapped by our circumstances. Sometimes they may be more subtle and less visible, causing us to internalize feelings and suffer in silence. Our internal experience is filled with recurring themes and patterns in our lives that are causing us trouble, and they play out again and again, so we become conditioned by them. In therapy, we’ll explore how these patterns, often rooted in early relationships and attachments, continue to appear in your present life. This isn’t about dwelling on the past. It’s about understanding how your history shapes your current experiences and gently loosening the grip of painful emotional memories, so you can move forward with clarity, strength, and self-compassion.
I am committed to addressing the root cause of suffering by using Psychodynamic approaches, Trauma-informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) in combination with other therapeutic techniques and modalities.
I create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can safely explore the emotional and physical aspects of mental suffering. I focus on working at your pace and readiness, restoring hope, and guiding you towards healing and inner peace.
You don’t have to go through this alone. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation. Let’s begin the journey toward healing together.
